About Us

Wolf Trap District is part of the Virginia Central field service area in the National Capital Area Council. It is the home to 50 scouting units, serving over 1,600 youth in the areas of Vienna, Falls Church, Dunn Loring, McLean, Glencarlyn and many areas south of Arlington in Fairfax County, Virginia.

  2. Enter your zip code and select the Scouting program(s) for you and/or your child.
  3. Click “Find and Apply.”
    1. A list of Scouting units will appear in order from distance to your zip code.
    2. Contact the unit’s point-of-contact via their listed phone and/or email. If a unit takes longer than three business days to respond, please reach out to LIz Kohler, District Executive.

District Roundtable

Roundtable meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7:30pm (except July) at Thoreau Middle School – 2505 Cedar Ln, Vienna, VA 22180 and virtually.  Contact the Roundtable Commissioner for more information.

District Committee Meeting

District Committee meetings are held on the last Wednesday of the month at 7:30 PM (except July) and is currently being held virtually. Chartered organization representatives and Scouters are invited and encouraged to attend this meeting.

District Commissioners’ Meeting

District Commissioners meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:30 PM (except July) and is currently being held virtually.

Order of the Arrow Chapter Meeting

OA Chapter meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of the month (except July/August) at 7:30pm at Thoreau Middle School in Vienna, VA. All OA members are invited to attend.
